Being a small operator of a "one man" handyman business I have found that I do not bring in sufficient revenue to afford the many options and reponsibilities of incorporating my business so I do what I can and I operate my handyman general contracting business as a sole proprietor under the trade name, "Handyman Reality", and with a business insurance umbrella package.

• Silicone & mold treatments for bathtub & shower.

• Install, remove and replace bathroom vanity cabinet or counter top.

• Assemble and install Ikea, Home Depot or Rona cabinets.

• Install, remove or replace dishwasher.

• Install, remove or replace over the range or OTR microwave combo hoodfan.

• Install, remove or replace hood fan or ventilation fan.

• Install water supply line and valve to refrigerator icemaker.

• Repair, install or replace laundry faucets & piping.

• Install dryer venting & exhaust vents.

• Remove, replace and install of storm doors.

• Remove, replace and install of door and door frames.

• Install, repair & replace closet doors.

• Remove, repair and replace door locks.

• Remove and replace windows of manageable size.

• Drywall repair, seal & paint.

• Baseboard & trim installation.

• Laminate floor installation.

• Light, switch or receptacle replacement. Including dimmer switches both 600 watt & 1000 watt.

• Furniture Unpack & Assembly

• Picture & artwork hanging.

• Eavestrough downspout & leader repair.
