For 18 years, Handyman Reality has run on one thing: people know I fix things well, so they keep calling — and lately there's more work than one person can do. I'm taking on one or two good tradespeople to run it, as founding operators, first in Edmonton.

We're building a crew with verified WCB status, a broader range of skills and coordinated back-office support, so we can work toward ongoing relationships with condominium communities, apartment buildings and property managers. We help you navigate WCB, business insurance and registration, starting with what you already have in place. Booking, scheduling, paperwork and bookkeeping support are being built around the work, so running a business doesn't have to mean figuring out every part alone.
Who we're after
Practical experience you can bring to the work, your own tools and a vehicle, and an interest in doing things properly. Edmonton area. You don't have to know everything already. Tell us what you can do and where you'd like support; limited training is available to help the right person develop particular skills.

Support for getting established and taking on work
We help operators work through WCB and insurance setup, starting with what they already have. WCB clearance is checked before dispatch, with further checks as needed and attention to each condominium or commercial client's requirements. Booking, paperwork and bookkeeping support are being built alongside this. Each operator's required coverage must be verified before work begins under our name.
