We're over capacity right now
We're not taking on new clients at the moment. You're welcome to join the waiting list — there's no promise on timing, and nothing you'll need to send us.
If your job is urgent, please don't wait on us. Worth checking before you hire anyone: recent reviews that describe the actual work, a clear rate agreed before anyone starts, and WCB coverage — it's what covers you if someone is hurt on your property.
Already a client? Nothing changes — just reply on your usual email thread.
Commercial repairs and maintenance
Years of work in commercial kitchens and multi-location premises in Edmonton — the repairs that stop a shift working, handled by someone who has seen them before. Restaurants and retail, and the condo corporations, property managers and landlords who need one accountable person with the paperwork already on file.

The work
Kitchens and back of house
Sinks, taps, drainage, blocked lines, appliance installs and repairs, and the fixtures that take a beating in a working kitchen.
Washrooms and public areas
Toilets, faucets, drains, locks and fixtures — the parts of a premises a customer notices immediately when they stop working.
The building around the business
Lighting, switches, outlets, smoke detectors, door hardware, drywall and paint. The steady list that keeps a site presentable.
When something breaks mid-service
Emergency repairs when we can get there. We will tell you straight whether we can reach you in time or whether you need someone sooner — a maybe is worth nothing to you at six in the evening.
Why businesses keep us rather than shop around
The same person has been doing this work since 2008 — 18 years. On a commercial site that matters more than it does in a house: whoever comes already knows where the shutoff is, which drain backs up, and what was done last time.
You are not starting over with a stranger every call, and you are not explaining your building to a dispatcher. You deal with the person who is accountable for the work.
As Handyman Reality grows into a small crew, that does not change. Don personally vets everyone who works under this name, and the standard on your site stays the one you have already been getting.

The paperwork side
- Insurance
- Handyman Reality is insured for the business, and a certificate is available on request — most commercial clients want it on file before the first visit.
- Coverage on site
- Handyman Reality is registered with WCB-Alberta, and a clearance letter naming your corporation is available on request — most boards and property managers want it on file before the first visit. Nobody works under this name without their own coverage either: no exceptions, and no private substitutes for it.
- Billing
- Time plus materials, invoiced. We do not work to fixed quotes: material and fuel prices move, and a number promised in advance either pads your bill or comes out of ours.
- Warranty
- Our workmanship carries a 30-day warranty, the same as our residential work.
