We're over capacity right now
We're not taking on new clients at the moment. You're welcome to join the waiting list — there's no promise on timing, and nothing you'll need to send us.
If your job is urgent, please don't wait on us. Worth checking before you hire anyone: recent reviews that describe the actual work, a clear rate agreed before anyone starts, and WCB coverage — it's what covers you if someone is hurt on your property.
Already a client? Nothing changes — just reply on your usual email thread.
What we do
Repairs and small installations that a home or a business actually needs done — the jobs too small for a specialty contractor and too fiddly to keep putting off.
Choose the kind of work you need
Home repairs
Houses, condos and rental properties. The tap that drips, the outlet that died, the wall that needs patching before a tenant moves in.

Restaurants, kitchens and premises. Work that has to happen around service hours and cannot wait for a callback next week.

What we handle
Plumbing repair
Faucets, toilets, valves, burst or leaking pipes, drainage problems — solder or crimp. Emergency repairs when we can get there.
Sink & faucet replacement
Kitchen or bathroom sinks, taps and faucets — repaired or replaced to suit how you actually use the room.
Electrical fixtures
Lights, switches, outlets, GFCIs, smoke detectors — and finding the breaker that's behind it.
Drain cleaning
Kitchen and vanity drains, stacks, floor drains, laundry and toilet blockages — up to 50 feet on a 4-inch line.
Toilet repair
Leaks, clogs and flushing problems sorted — or a full rebuild if that's the honest answer.
Drywall repair & painting
From a small hole in the wall to a boarded room or a fresh colour. Fast and clean.
Door locks
Lock changes, rekeys and Weiser SmartKey resets — so you know exactly who has a key.
Furniture assembly
Wardrobes, beds, desks, treadmills, gym sets, barbecues — and once, a wood-fired pizza oven.
Appliance work
Washers, dryers and the rest. Tell us what it's doing and we'll be honest about whether it's worth fixing.
What we don't take on — and we'll say so early
If the work means moving what's inside the wall, floor or ceiling, that's journeyman territory and often needs a development permit from your local authority. We'd rather tell you that up front than run into it halfway through your kitchen.
