We're over capacity right now

We're not taking on new clients at the moment. You're welcome to join the waiting list — there's no promise on timing, and nothing you'll need to send us.

If your job is urgent, please don't wait on us. Worth checking before you hire anyone: recent reviews that describe the actual work, a clear rate agreed before anyone starts, and WCB coverage — it's what covers you if someone is hurt on your property.

Already a client? Nothing changes — just reply on your usual email thread.

Home repairs, done properly

18 years of Edmonton houses, condos and rentals. Most of what goes wrong in a home is not a renovation — it is a list of small things, and getting a real tradesperson to turn up for them is the hard part.

The work, grouped the way a house breaks

  • Water and drains

Faucets, toilets, valves, leaking or burst pipes, and blocked kitchen, vanity, laundry and floor drains. Solder or crimp, whichever the job calls for.

  • Lights and outlets

Light fixtures, switches, outlets, GFCIs and smoke detectors — including tracking down the breaker that is really behind it.

  • Walls, doors and locks

Drywall from a small hole to a boarded room, painting, door locks, rekeys and SmartKey resets so you know exactly who holds a key.

  • Appliances and assembly

Washers, dryers and the rest — and flat-pack that fought back: wardrobes, beds, desks, treadmills, gym sets and barbecues.

Who we do this for

What a visit actually looks like

  1. We turn up when we said

If something changes, you hear about it from us first — not after you have taken the afternoon off.

  2. We look before we start

Sometimes the honest answer is that it is a bigger job than it looked, or that it belongs to a licensed specialist. You get told that early, not halfway through.

  3. We work steadily

You are billed for time and materials, so the clock is treated with respect. Floors get covered, and we work through the list rather than around it.

  4. We clean up

The site is left tidy, the old parts go with us unless you want them, and you know what was done.

Our workmanship carries a 30-day warranty. If something we repaired goes wrong in that window, tell us and we will come back and put it right.
