We're over capacity right now
We're not taking on new clients at the moment. You're welcome to join the waiting list — there's no promise on timing, and nothing you'll need to send us.
If your job is urgent, please don't wait on us. Worth checking before you hire anyone: recent reviews that describe the actual work, a clear rate agreed before anyone starts, and WCB coverage — it's what covers you if someone is hurt on your property.
Already a client? Nothing changes — just reply on your usual email thread.
Worth knowing before you book
Short, honest answers to the things people ask us most. Nothing here is a sales pitch — it is the same information you would get by email, gathered in one place.
Guides
Do you need a handyperson or a specialist?
If the work means moving what is inside the wall, floor or ceiling, that is journeyman territory and often needs a development permit. Knowing which side of that line your job falls on saves everyone a wasted visit.
See what we handle, and where we stopHow to get the most out of one visit
There is a two-hour minimum, so the whole list beats a single item. Photos, the exact service address and a note about when someone can give access are what turn a visit into a finished job.
Send us your listWhy there is no fixed quote
Material and fuel prices move, and a number promised in advance either pads your bill to cover that risk or comes out of ours. Time plus materials means you pay for what the job actually took.
How the rate and the clock workWhat the 30-day warranty covers
Our workmanship, for 30 days from the day the job is finished. Not the parts themselves — those carry whatever their manufacturer offers, and we will point you to it.

Where we work
Edmonton and the surrounding communities. That is where the work is and where we are concentrating — as the crew grows, the area grows with it. If you are not sure whether you are inside it, ask; a straight answer costs you nothing.
Still not sure?
Describe the job and we will tell you honestly whether it is one for us.
